Kunal Kumar Jha

Kunal is a PhD scholar at the School of Management and Labour Studies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and a visiting research scholar at Masaryk University, Czech Republic. His PhD research is on disclosure of non-normative gender and sexual orientation identity at the workplace in India. He has a M.Phil, MBA and Post graduate diploma in International Humanitarian Law from TISS, Pune University and NALSAR respectively. He is also a Dalai Lama Fellow for the year 2016 and has represented India at the Ethical Leadership Summit held at San Francisco in July 2016. He has presented various papers in national and international conference. He is the founder of the project ‘Ungender’ which aims to start difficult conversations related to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ) employees inclusion and diversity in the workplace in India.
