In his long stint with the firm, he has also worked with clients in the areas of M&A, Change Management & Transformation, Performance Management and Rewards Strategy & Design.
Tarandeep has over 19 years of experience in HR Consulting and Outsourcing. He joined Aon as a Consultant in the Talent & Organization practice, and broadened his experience to all facets of people consulting before moving to Aon HRO (HR Outsourcing) Division as the APAC Business & Strategy Analyst (BSA).
As BSA for this business, he evaluated market potential, identified M&A targets and led due diligences that helped acquire and set-up Greenfield businesses in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
As Senior Director, APAC HRO, he was responsible for driving product strategy and internal business transformation. Additionally, he was accountable for managing centers across India, China and SEA with people, process, technology and client management responsibilities.
He leverages his business perspective to share insights on expectations from HR, and link global trends on HR evolution with emerging needs. His in-depth operations and people management experience assist in appreciating set-up challenges, present on-ground solutions and manage outcomes within constraints.
He partners with leading industry forums as a thought leader, and is a speaker at several annual seminars and international HR forums including the Global Learning Conference of the Association of HR Professionals in Sri Lanka, the LBR LBO Summit 'Building future ready enterprises', and the All India Management Association among others.
