Nitin is a Partner and Aon Hewitt’s Chief Commercial Officer for India. He has been with the firm since 2003.
Nitin drives the Innovation agenda for the firm and serves as Account Executive for Aon Hewitt’s strategic clients across the Asia Pacific region.
In his role as the Chief Commercial Officer, Nitin is responsible for leading and managing the Sales & Marketing strategy.
Additionally, Nitin leads the New Business Group at the firm, which is responsible for set-up and acceleration of new business segments. Selection & Assessment and Aon Hewitt Learning Centre (AHLC) are business segments that are being currently incubated.
He has extensive advisory experience with clients across the globe in areas of HR Strategy, HR Governance, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement and M&A. He was worked with clients across sectors and at different stages of business growth.
Before joining Aon Hewitt, Nitin has was at Mercer and his key focus during his previous assignments has been in HR Strategy, Performance Management, Compensation and M&A.

Anurag has pursued a career in Human capital consulting, with over 13 years in premier organizations like Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt) and Mercer Consulting in leadership positions, out of his 15+ years of professional experience. He currently leads the Family Led Businesses segment for India and North India Geography at Aon Hewitt.
Anurag worked at Mercer as Practice Leader of their Leadership and Organization Performance (Talent Consulting) for around 4 years. Pharmaceutical, O&G, Auto, Manufacturing, FMCG, Mining, Education, Healthcare, eCommerce, Government etc. are a few of the industries in which he has been advising clients in the recent past. During his earlier stint at Aon Hewitt (8.5 yrs), his last assignment was to lead Services Industry nationally (this included Real Estate, Infrastructure, Retail, Telecom, Logistics, Education, Government, Hospitality, Healthcare etc.) apart from large accounts in manufacturing and FMCG. He headed iDiscoveri Leadership business before joining Mercer. Prior to his consulting stint, he worked at Wipro and ITC in HR/IR roles.
His experience spans across business management and talent/people solution thought leadership. His focus on business development, relationship management, practice building, brand building, P&L responsibility along with deep experience in transformational interventions like organization structure, leadership assessment & development, career architecture, performance systems, rewards, Employee Value Proposition, employee engagement and culture etc. have given him a unique blend of practical Human Resources understanding, knowledge of best-in-class solutions and a strong business/commercial perspective.
He is a regular speaker/panelist at forums such as CII, AIMA, DMA, NIPM, FICCI, and academic institutions such MDI & IMI, He is also a visiting faculty at MDI. He is a Hogan Certified coach and Richard Barrett & Associates accredited Culture Transformation expert.
Anurag completed his Post graduate from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. He is a graduate with Honors in Mathematical Statistics from Kirori Mal College, Delhi University.
