Tarandeep has over 20 years of experience in HR Consulting and Outsourcing. He joined Aon as a Consultant in the Talent & Organization practice, and broadened his experience in all facets of people consulting and services.
Currently he leads Aon Assessment Solutions for Asia Pacific and Middle East, supporting business growth, clients and colleagues. As part of his responsibility, Tarandeep also leads cut-e, Aon’s global acquisition in the region, and CoCubes, India-based pre-hiring assessments business.
In his long stint with the firm, he has worked with clients in the areas of HR strategy, M&A, Change Management & Transformation, Employee Engagement and Branding, Organizational Culture, Leadership Assessment and Capability Building, and Performance Management.
In his previous role with Aon Outsourcing, Tarandeep was responsible for driving product strategy and business transformation. Additionally, he was accountable for managing centers across India, China and SEA with people, process, technology and client management responsibilities. He leverages his business perspective to share insights on expectations from HR, and link global trends on HR evolution with emerging needs.
Tarandeep is a recognized thought leader on people and organization trends. He partners with leading industry forums as a thought leader, and is a speaker at several international industry events. He has also authored multiple white papers and media published articles on Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, and the Future view of organizations and Talent strategy.
Partner and Head : Emerging Markets, Aon
Anandorup leads the Performance & Rewards Consulting Practice for Aon in South Asia. Prior to this role, Anandorup headed Aon's executive compensation and governance practice for South Asia along with General Industry Compensation for India covering Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing & Services industries. He has worked extensively with clients in the region in structuring and defining managerial and executive compensation structures across a wide variety of industries.
Anandorup has also worked with clients in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India in the areas of executive compensation design and benchmarking, long term incentive plan design, sales incentive plan design, governance structure definition, remuneration committee advisory, performance planning and scorecard design etc. He has managed multi-year change engagements with clients in India as well as the Middle East, and has worked on some large scale merger integration work with clients in the region.
He regularly speaks on compensation at forums like AIMA, FICCI, SHRM, ASHRM etc.
Prior to joining Aon, Anandorup worked with ICICI Bank in India as a senior manager in its international banking strategy team. He has also worked with Ernst & Young in its transaction advisory services business and has significant experience in business valuations and supporting M&A transactions.
Partner, Aon Consulting
Roopank Chaudhary is a Partner with Aon and the India Head for McLagan (Financial Institutions Practice). He is also the Regional Insurance Head for Aon for Asia Pacific and the Chief Commercial Officer for the Performance and Rewards business in India. He has spent over 13 years with the firm across different regions.
Apart from building thought leadership and content capability for the financial services industry, he manages key client relationships with large Indian banks, multinational/investment banks, insurance/asset management companies, non-banking financial companies as well as financial services conglomerates across the country. His key solution areas include rewards strategy, structuring and benchmarking, job description & evaluation, organization structuring and employee engagement and he has led large projects across sectors. He has worked across diverse markets including Sri Lanka. Pakistan, Mauritius, Singapore, Vietnam and the Middle East.
Roopank is also the editor of the Total Rewards Quarterly (TRQ) Magazine, a quarterly publication showcasing thought leadership and trends in the rewards consulting space in India. Roopank has authored various articles and shared perspectives on management issues in leading Indian media publications like Business Standard, Business Today, Huffington Post, Business Insider etc. and regularly contributes white papers and articles on HR. He also partners with leading industry forum as a thought leader, and is a speaker in several annual seminars and HR forums.
Prior to his tenure at Aon, Roopank spent four years in Retail and Corporate Banking at HSBC.
Roopank has a MBA with specialization in Marketing and Finance from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore and completed his undergraduate studies with honors in Economics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. He also has a Post Graduate Degree in Journalism from the Indian Institute of Mass Communication JNU, Delhi.

Vandita works in the areas of leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and employer branding.
She has deep understanding of the influences on employee perceptions and employer reputation, and has worked with leading employers to help define their employment value proposition and develop their talent management strategy. As the India Head of the Employee Communications Practice for Aon she brought the Employer Branding and Employee Engagement service offerings to India. As a specialist in corporate communication, crisis & change management communication (including M&A Communications), HR and internal communication strategy, Vandita has consulted to leading organisations across industry segments such as FMCG, Power, Oil & Gas, Banking & Financial Services, IT & ITES, Manufacturing, and Health Care.
In the area of talent development she has worked extensively in the area of building leadership capability within an organization including working extensively with the leadership team in the capacity of a coach focused at enhancing their individual and group effectiveness and partnered with clients on large scale change management assignments.
