Sandeep Chaudhary

Chief Executive Officer, India, Aon Hewitt Consulting

Sandeep Chaudhary is CEO for Aon Hewitt's India consulting business and a member of Aon's Asia Pacific Leadership Team. He leads India business across the consulting lines of Talent & Leadership, Engagement, M&A, Performance & Rewards and Retirement. He is also the chief evangelist for the firm's foray into technology-based services and for HR capability building offerings.

He has over 16 years of consulting experience, of which 13 years is with Aon Hewitt across various offices. Prior to his current role as CEO, he has successfully led the Performance and Rewards consulting practice for India and Asia Pacific.

Sandeep is a trusted advisor for local, multi-national and state owned enterprises on Performance Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Total Rewards, Sales Strategy, Executive Compensation and Board Governance.

He is a reputed speaker at various national and international platforms and for media stories. He is a passionate spokesperson on unlocking India's talent dividend for a high growth economy.

Sandeep joined Aon Hewitt from Watson Wyatt, where he set up the Rewards Consulting practice in India. Before Watson Wyatt, he has a useful stint in Executive Search with Amrop.

Nitin Sethi

Partner, Chief Commercial Officer, Aon Hewitt Consulting

Nitin is a Partner and Aon Hewitt’s Chief Commercial Officer for India. He has been with the firm since 2003.

Nitin drives the Innovation agenda for the firm and serves as Account Executive for Aon Hewitt’s strategic clients across the Asia Pacific region.

In his role as the Chief Commercial Officer, Nitin is responsible for leading and managing the Sales & Marketing strategy.

Additionally, Nitin leads the New Business Group at the firm, which is responsible for set-up and acceleration of new business segments. Selection & Assessment and Aon Hewitt Learning Centre (AHLC) are business segments that are being currently incubated.

He has extensive advisory experience with clients across the globe in areas of HR Strategy, HR Governance, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Employee Engagement and M&A. He was worked with clients across sectors and at different stages of business growth.

Before joining Aon Hewitt, Nitin has was at Mercer and his key focus during his previous assignments has been in HR Strategy, Performance Management, Compensation and M&A.

Tarandeep Pahwa

Partner and Engagement Consulting Leader, Aon Hewitt Consulting

Tarandeep lead's Aon Hewitt's India practices on areas of Employee Engagement, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), HR & business strategy alignment, organization structuring and leadership capability building.

In his long stint with the firm, he has also worked with clients in the areas of M&A, Change Management & Transformation, Performance Management and Rewards Strategy & Design.

Tarandeep has over 19 years of experience in HR Consulting and Outsourcing. He joined Aon as a Consultant in the Talent & Organization practice, and broadened his experience to all facets of people consulting before moving to Aon HRO (HR Outsourcing) Division as the APAC Business & Strategy Analyst (BSA).

As BSA for this business, he evaluated market potential, identified M&A targets and led due diligences that helped acquire and set-up Greenfield businesses in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

As Senior Director, APAC HRO, he was responsible for driving product strategy and internal business transformation. Additionally, he was accountable for managing centers across India, China and SEA with people, process, technology and client management responsibilities.

He leverages his business perspective to share insights on expectations from HR, and link global trends on HR evolution with emerging needs. His in-depth operations and people management experience assist in appreciating set-up challenges, present on-ground solutions and manage outcomes within constraints.

He partners with leading industry forums as a thought leader, and is a speaker at several annual seminars and international HR forums including the Global Learning Conference of the Association of HR Professionals in Sri Lanka, the LBR LBO Summit 'Building future ready enterprises', and the All India Management Association among others.

Anandorup Ghose

Partner – Talent & Rewards, Aon Hewitt Consulting

Anandorup leads the Performance & Rewards Consulting Practice for Aon Hewitt in South Asia. Prior to this role, Anandorup headed Aon Hewitt's executive compensation and governance practice for South Asia along with General Industry Compensation for India covering Consumer, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing & Services industries. He has worked extensively with clients in the region in structuring and defining managerial and executive compensation structures across a wide variety of industries.

Anandorup has also worked with clients in the Middle East, Asia Pacific and India in the areas of executive compensation design and benchmarking, long term incentive plan design, sales incentive plan design, governance structure definition, remuneration committee advisory, performance planning and scorecard design etc. He has managed multi-year change engagements with clients in India as well as the Middle East, and has worked on some large scale merger integration work with clients in the region.

He regularly speaks on compensation at forums like AIMA, FICCI, SHRM, ASHRM etc.

Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Anandorup worked with ICICI Bank in India as a senior manager in its international banking strategy team. He has also worked with Ernst & Young in its transaction advisory services business and has significant experience in business valuations and supporting M&A transactions.

Shaswat Kumar

Aon Hewitt Consulting

Shaswat is a content leader for HR Transformation and the leader for Aon Hewitt’s Global CoE for HR process design and shared services. Shaswat has led the HR Transformation Practice at Hewitt for the past 10 years and has contributed immensely to developments of toolkits and methodologies with delivery of cutting-edge solutions for clients.

Prior to joining Hewitt, he has done e-Business consulting with an Internet Consulting start-up and international sales for one of the world's largest denim exporter.
Shaswat was the program lead for critical national initiatives with NASSCOM for India. He led the design and set up of one of the largest assessment program working with over 120 IT/BPO organisations in India.

He has been an advisor to various Fortune 500 corporations on their HR service delivery transformation, shared services, and offshoring initiatives. He is also regarded as a thought leader for shared services consulting. Shaswat was part of the internal project team that developed Hewitt HRO’s Global Delivery Model and helped develop the HRO business strategy for APAC.

Shaswat frequently speaks at public forums speaking on diverse themes around e-Governance (Government to Employee), Employability and HR Delivery Design. Some recent events have been BPAP-NASSCOM Conference Manila, Workforce Shift Symposium Delhi and American Chamber of Commerce.
Shaswat has a Masters in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Delhi, and a Bachelors degree in Engineering from Delhi University.

Radhika Gopalkrishnan

Partner, Aon Hewitt Consulting

Radhika Gopalkrishnan is a Partner at Aon Hewitt Consulting and leads the Leadership Consulting practice for India.She has extensive experience in the area of competency design and assessment, and has led some of Aon Hewitt's largest assignments in India and Middle East.

With over 16 years of experience; Radhika’s work has spanned across industry and her assignments have been with clients in FMCG, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT, Media, Banking and Financial Services companies.
Radhika has been instrumental in leading, designing and executing key development centers and has played the role of assessor in many client assignments. She has been a pivotal figure in defining the role of the sales team of a leading Indian pharma client, followed by design and assessment of Development Centres and recommendations for the group, to aligning to their aggressive strategy for India.

She holds a Masters Degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Master of Arts in Economics from Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics.


Vandita Saran

Head HR – Aon Hewitt Consulting

Vandita works in the areas of leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and employer branding. 

She has deep understanding of the influences on employee perceptions and employer reputation, and has worked with leading employers to help define their employment value proposition and develop their talent management strategy. As the India Head of the Employee Communications Practice for Aon Hewitt she brought the Employer Branding and Employee Engagement service offerings to India. As a specialist in corporate communication, crisis & change management communication (including M&A Communications), HR and internal communication strategy, Vandita has consulted to leading organisations across industry segments such as FMCG, Power, Oil & Gas, Banking & Financial Services, IT & ITES, Manufacturing,  and Health Care. 

In the area of talent development she has worked extensively in the area of building leadership capability within an organization including working extensively with the leadership team in the capacity of a coach focused at enhancing their individual and group effectiveness and partnered with clients on large scale change management assignments.
