1. Running, for me, has been transformational. In the real world your talent will rarely solve the biggest challenges of life. Running helps you change your attitude, your perspective about yourself.
2. My day begins at 4.30 am and by about 5.15 am I set out on a 90-minute work-out. If I have a marathon coming up, then the weeks building up to it are focused on hill training (gradient), tempo training for speed and so on. I also have two yoga sessions a week for core strength training and discipline.
